Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All pre-orders are final, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt and sent to our suppliers.

Order Accuracy
Please ensure all details, including sizing and colours, are correct before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to customer input errors, including spelling mistakes. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via Instagram.

Sizing and Customization
We cannot be held responsible for sizing issues. Please consult our size guide for each product and compare measurements with an existing garment you own. Note that slight variations in personalization placement are natural and not considered flaws, as each item is handcrafted with care.

Product Quality and Care
Our products are made from high-quality materials and commercial-grade vinyl or heat transfer material. Follow the care instructions on each item to ensure longevity. Wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults. Once tags are removed, customers are responsible for proper garment care. Misuse, damage, or failure to follow care instructions will void eligibility for a refund.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us via Instagram within 7 days of delivery with your order name and number (if applicable). You may be required to return the item at your expense for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item according to Australian Consumer Law. Repairs will be made for minor faults, while irreparable items will be replaced or refunded.

Sakura Design reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our refund policy requirements. Denied returns will be returned to the customer.
