  • Custom Design Approval
    Designs must be approved by the customer before production. Once approved, no changes can be made without extra charges. Double-check spelling, colors, and design placement.

    Production Time
    Standard production takes 5–7 business days from order to dispatch. Rush orders are available for an extra fee, subject to approval.

    Payment Terms
    Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation via PayPal or direct deposit. Orders won’t be processed until payment is received.

    Cancellations and Modifications
    Due to the custom nature of our t-shirts, orders can’t be canceled or changed once production starts. Contact us immediately for changes before production.

    Returns and Exchanges
    We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error. Contact us within 24 hours if there’s an issue with your order.

    Sizing and Fit
    Customers must confirm sizing before placing orders. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, so please check our size chart carefully.
